  Take too long with customers and sometimes there are 2 with one customer. Treat you like a kid, go sit outside on the seat in the middle of the mall is there waiting space. I think they hope you will go away when they say oh there are like 4 ahead of you. Might as well do things over the phone than go there, and that takes 1 - 2 hours at least you can do stuff while you wait. Telstra all your service is dreadful and your charges are over the top. You have to really complain to the complaints feedback to get anywhere and keep at them because it pays to do so.

  Still waiting for a phone case for my Samsung S5 that i bought for my business 5 months ago, Have been back several times and they tell me they will ring when it turns up. Spoke to staff and manager not happy with there services for a customer myself since mobils have been around.

  worst service ever, was told to go there by testra, and the so called manager stinking from smoking cigarettes told me he wont help me, and threatened to call security, worst staff ever, had another girl who kept talking back to me and shoved my newly bought phone at me with no thank you or even a smile, just awfull experience, should all be sacked

  Took my Grandmother here to get a seniors phone and there was a wait which was fine, however, the girl serving was speaking to my grandmother in the most direct tone which made her so confused. It came off so rude and so arrogant and I had to explain to my grandmother what she was trying to say. While waiting I also overheard her take a tone with another lady who simply asked how long the wait would be, I'm not even sure she got her answer before the girl jumped down her throat about having to understand there were people in front of her. On Bribie a large amount of your customers are elderly, please treat them with kindness and respect as they don't always understand.
